PIPELINE CONSTRUCTIONI/NSTALLATIONAND MAINTENANCE

The affiliation of the joint venture company to foreign technical partners provides us access to their technologies and innovativeness which has achieved a great feat in coat reduction in the area of pipeline repairs, plant maintenance and facilities turnarounds. 

SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Pipeline integrity Software, which is a specialized software-reporting program, used to track and report pipeline flaws and repairs. 
  2. Specialized boring, digging and trenching and equipment that quickly and safety exposes all underground transmission lines. 
  3. General fabrication in a construction projects In addition to pipeline construction repairs and maintenance, Regency International Ltd also offers solution to more specialized problems such as installing roads on river crossings, managing pipeline abandonment and revamping pipeline.

PIPELINE INTEGRITY ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT

Regency International Ltd provides high-pressure pipeline system operators and owners the specialized engineering and inspection expertise required for continued safe operation, reliability and monitoring of system integrity in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Development and completion of sec detection, characterization and disposition programs. 
  2. Managing investigative digs.
  3. Selecting potential sec sits and development of long term inspection strategy.
  4. Soil and water chemistry characterization. 
  5. Evaluation of coating and construction practices and Coating disbandment surveys. 
  6. Corrosion product analysis including SRB bacterial testing. 
  7. Condition evaluation of tape coated and asphalt enamel coated pipelines.
  8. Evaluation of cathodic protection systems 
  9. On-site visual, MPE and UT shear wave scans and Complete metallurgical laboratory.
  10. Evaluation of pipe metal loss and cracks. 
  11. Analysis of pipeline materials including metallographic and SEM analysis. 
  12. Corrosion evaluation and mapping. 
  13. Implementation of corrosion monitoring programs. Managing external coating repair programs {Rehab Work), including installation of clock springs.
  14. Inspection of coating application to field girth welds joints. 
  15. Inspection of coating application to line pipes in shops.
  16. Inspection of sleeve application to field joints
